MOVBootcamp is an extension of MOVFitness, a collection of health professionals around the nation directed by founder Matt Hackney. MOVBootcamp uses a variety of activities and diverse trainers to keep your interests piqued throughout the entire program. With a focus on fitness and balance, MOVBootcamp has the potential to turn your weight-loss journey in the right direction. Offering three different programs, MOVBootcamp can fit the needs of any weight-loss candidate.

MOVBootcamp works in conjunction with Matt Hackney’s book, 10 Weeks to Skinny, which gradually prepares you for a 5k MOVRun while helping you to gain a slimmer physique. 10 Weeks to Skinny offers 70 days of specific meal and exercise regimens, along with fun fitness shopping tips and other useful articles, to help you reach your weight-loss goals.

MOVBootcamp takes care of the earth as well as its clients. From recycled uniforms to donations of profits to eco-friendly efforts, green practices are followed throughout.
