Our morning bootcamp is one to be remembered. It’s very enjoyable to wake up each morning and warm the body with some stretches, a three mile trail run followed by calisthenics overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Noon Beach Ballroom Class: Tuesday & Thursday
6pm Bootcamp: Monday-Friday

Wednesdays: Stretching and running
Thursdays: Boxing with Sean
Friday: Swordfighting with Matt
